  1. Customers who perform awqaf through TAP application will be contacted by YAWATIM within 3 working days from the date of awqaf made. In addition, YAWATIM will also handle the Awqaf Certificate as well as the transmission arrangement for the evidence of awqaf for the purpose of tax relief.
  2. Customers who perform awqaf through other platforms besides TAP such as Cash Deposit Machine, IBG/IBFT and Internet Banking must contact YAWATIM at the number stated below, in order to obtain verification , receipt and/or Awqaf Certificate:

  3. In the event that the customer donate more or less than in multiples of RM30, that amount will be considered as donation and will be utilised for charitable purpose of the orphans or poor under the management of YAWATIM.
  4. The Bank shall not be responsible on any matters arising between the donator and YAWATIM for the fundraising purpose.
