Application Requirements

Age

• Principal card holder - Minimum age is 21 years old and maximum age is 60 years old
• Supplementary card holder - 18 years and above

Income

• Platinum - Minimum income is RM 84,000 per annum 
• Gold Card - Minimum income is RM 36,000 per annum
• Classic - Minimum income is RM 18,000 per annum
  

Required Documents

Fixed-Income Earners

• Copy of NRIC (both sides) or passport (also for supplementary cardholder, if required)
• Latest two months’ salary slip
• Latest income tax return (form J/ EA)

Self-Employed

• Copy of NRIC (both sides) or passport (also for supplementary cardholder, if required)
• Copy of Business Registration Certificate or Form 9,24 and 49.
• Latest J Form/EA (Income Tax Return)
• Three months’ bank statements

Existing credit card holder with other bank(s) 

• Copy of NRIC (both sides) or passport (also for supplementary cardholder, if required
• Copy of credit/charge card
• Copy of last three months’ credit/charge card statements
