The basic concept is based on pre-paid, whereby tourists (either local or foreign) or cardholders need to upload and re-load their monies into the card before the card can be of use.
• Anyone above the age of 13 can apply for the prepaid card.
• No minimum income requirement.
• Cardholder will be given a handy guidebook, which provides information on various discount programmes and promotions up to 70% at participating outlets.
• The card is a convenient payment alternative for you as a tourist as you do not need to carry cash when shopping nor will you have to worry about not having enough local currency for spending. This minimises risk while making it easier for you to shop.
