Financing Quantum

Payment Period

• Maximum 120 months (10 years) or up to the retirement age, whichever is earlier

Profit Margin

• 1 - 3 years : 6.0% p.a. (Flat)
• 4 - 8 years : 6.8% p.a (Flat)
• 9 - 10 years : 7.0% p.a. (Flat)  

Advance Payment

• Equivalent to 2 months installment (if applicable)

ELIGIBILITY

• Applicant must be 18 years and not exceeding the retirement age at the end of payment period
• Malaysian citizen
• Earning a minimum fixed income of RM3,000.00 per month
• Applicant and/or guarantor must be a continued employee in any of the following:
  • Government Sector
  • Public Listed Companies
  • Subsidiaries of Government or Public Listed Company
• Total deduction must not exceed 40% from the gross salary or if inclusive of house deduction, it must not exceed 65% of deduction

Takaful Coverage

• Personal Financing Takaful Plan

Documents Required

• A copy of identity card
• Latest 3 months' salary slip
• Latest employer's confirmation letter

 And at least one (1) of these :

• Latest income tax form (Form B or Form EA/EC)
• Latest 3 months Bank Statements of salary crediting account; or
• Any other latest supporting document such as EPF statement, if required

Payment Method

• Salary Deduction
• Salary Transfer to Bank Islam with Auto-debit Instruction
• Standing Instruction from other Banks (from salary credited account)
