Margin of financing

• Up to 5-7 times gross salary and subject to minimum amount of RM10,000.00 and maximum amount of RM50,000.00
• Financing RM30,000.00 and below – without guarantor
• Financing more than RM30,000.00 – one guarantor

Payment Period

• Maximum 84 months or up to the retirement age, whichever is earlier

Profit margin

• 1 - 5 years : 6.80% p.a. (Flat)
• 6 - 7 years : 7.00% p.a. (Flat)  

Advance Payment

• Equivalent to 2 months installment

Eligibility

• Applicant must be 18 years and not exceeding the retirement age at the end of payment period
• Malaysian citizen
• Earning a minimum fixed income of RM2,000.00 per month or RM24,000.00 annually
• Applicant and/or guarantor must be a continued employee in any of the following:
  • Government Sector
  • Public Listed Companies
  • Subsidiaries of Government or Public Listed Company
  • Other Prominent Private Limited Companies, Multinational Companies and Multimedia Super Corridors Status Companies
• Total deduction must not exceed 50% from the gross salary or if inclusive of house deduction, it must not exceed 75% of deduction
