Cash Line-i (Non Trade Financing)
CASH LINE-i
Cash Line-i is designed as a short term financing, to finance working capital requirement thus easing the customer’s cash flow. Cash Line-i will be disbursed through the customer’s Current Account with Bank Islam and is offered on yearly basis with option to renew at the end of the financing tenure.
FEATURES
- Amount of financing will depends on the customer’s requirement and credit standing and any other criteria that Bank Islam deems appropriate
- Tenure, selling price and terms of the facility must be agreed upon by Bank Islam and the customer and executed through Aqad
- The customer shall service the monthly bank’s profits whilst the principal can be settled at the end of the financing tenure
BENEFITS
- No commitment fee will be charged on the unutilised amount
- Customer pays only for the utilised amount
- Hibah on credit balance in the customer’s Current Account
