Background
Al-Wakalah Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 26 June 1984 under the Companies Act 1965. The principal activity of the Company is to act as a nominee for its related companies and other clients in accordance with Shariah principle. As of today, Al-Wakalah has no staff of its own and its operation is handled by Bank Islam staffs.
